Alex Castors & Wheels offers a heavy dusty capacity range of castors - HLG Series. The bracket is made of pressed steel up  to 8 mm. and equipped with a fitted grease nipple and a double ball bearing in the swivel head reinforced with two opposite bearings, the upper one for axial movements and the lower bearing for radial ones. The surface conditions of these castors are usually hard and therefore dust-proof washers are placed beside the roller bearings, providing a solid strength and longer durability and manoeuvrability. HLG Series wheels are made of high-resistant materials such as nylon, cast iron and polyurethane, which combined with the 8 mm pressed steel bracket result in a high duty capacity up to 2600 kg each wheel. Due to their technical characteristics, the HLG series is also especially suitable for cranes, Air Forces and metallurgical industries using high-resistant castors.

The HLG Series castors are manufactured according to EN12532 /12533 European standards and the manufacturing process is certified by ISO 9001:2000.
